our post on funding for new-style anti-social behaviour orders
, the regulations and contract amendments have now been published:
Criminal Legal Aid (General) (Amendment) Regulations 2015
– amend the scope of criminal proceedings to give effect to the Anti-Social Behaviour, Crime and Policing Act 2014 (replacing anti-social behaviour and sexual offences orders with new ones)
Civil and Criminal Legal Aid (Remuneration) (Amendment) Regulations 2015
– amend the remuneration regulations to prescribe payment rates for orders under the Anti-Social Behaviour, Crime and Policing Act 2014

Civil contract amendment notice and amended specification
