8 Equal opportunities monitoring
8.1Completion of the ethnic origin and disability fields is voluntary. However, where the client is willing to provide this information it is compulsory to report this and the information will greatly assist us in monitoring and researching access to LAA funded services in line with our commitment to promote equal opportunities, set out in our Equality Scheme (available on our website). This information will be treated in the strictest confidence and will be used purely for statistical monitoring and research.
