Racial bias and the Bench: a response to the Judicial Diversity and Inclusion Strategy (2020–2025), a report by Keir Monteith KC and the University of Manchester launched on 18 October 2022, assesses the strategy’s terms, drawing on findings from a new survey of legal professionals, whose views and experiences were that racial bias continues to play a significant role in the justice system.
