Her Majesty’s Courts and Tribunals Service announced recently that all employment tribunal (ET) decisions are to go online from the autumn. Currently, copies of the decisions have to be obtained from the ET register at Bury St Edmunds. A further announcement is expected soon on whether previous decisions will also be made available online.
